Only you and your mate, in remote bays, and yet in the most popular islands. The cruising holidays are a way of life, which however can be followed by all.
Let's start our cruising journey from Paros Island. The advantage of Paros depends on the fact that Paros is located exactly at the center of the Cyclades with many islands around, therefore making your travelling holidays in Greece a perfect option.

There are a lot of options and so numerous anchorages to remain even in extremely rough conditions, that cruising is pleasurable and safe even for reasonably unskilled crews.
Day 1: Set sail around Paros for your first location, Naxos. Depending on the weather it's going to take 3-4 hours sailing. Naxos is one of the biggest islands of the Cyclades with excellent interest and lots of sights. Don't miss out on the sundown at the ancient temple of Apollo, just a couple of meters far from the marina. Grilled octopus with "ouzo" is a "should" here.
Day 2: Today set sail south following the west coast of Naxos ending up in the southernmost of the island, at Kalando bay. It's an isolated area with a long sandy beach and numerous kilometers of tracks by the beachfront, ideal for hiking in the pure nature. For supper a kiosk run by a regional shepherd provides BBQ just with local products.
Day 3: Set sail from Kalando heading for Koufonisi. Incredible colors everywhere.Koufonisi by far the most gorgeous of the little Cyclades islands with lots of sandy beaches all around.
Day 4: If the wind is strong, stay in the area visiting the neighboring island of Kato Koufonisi and swim in the crystal clear waters, snorkelling or go treking around. Due to the fact that the substantial island of Naxos to the north blocks the wind in order to make our life on board more comfortable, the location is very protected from huge waves. In the afternoon return to the exact same marina in Pano Koufonisi.
In case that the weather condition permits set sail to Amorgos, the island of the "Big blue" movie. Visit the well-known abbey with the breath taken view from its terrace and try "rakomelo", the regional alcohol beverage.
Day 5: Iraklia is another island of the "Minor Cyclades" which is worth to be checked out specifically for those who want to experience small, quiet, charming and isolated locations, agent of the Greek spirit. So after a short stop for swimming at Antikeros on our method from Amorgos to Iraklia we will end up at the attractive port of the island.
Here you can swim to the nearby beach, diving from the private yacht and treking around enjoying the pure nature. Dinner at Iraklia suggests fresh fish and the local tavernas more hospitable than anywhere else are ready to satisfy your expectations.
Day 6: Antiparos, the last island of your sailing cruise. After a 4-5 hours sailing journey and of course after the important stop for lunch and swimming we end up in Antiparos late in the afternoon.
Day 7: Prior to setting sail for your final destination check out the cave of Antiparos. Buses are readily available simply 100 meters far from the private yacht. On your return on board leave instantly for a nice anchorage at a little island north of Antiparos with crystal clear water. The afternoon has currently come in addition to the goodbye time.
